But it seems to me that was a total Black Hawk setup.

A phantom penalty that late in the third period, a penalty which rarely is called, leads to a Black Hawk apparant game and series winning goal at home.

Like I said, I have nothing riding on this, so it's not sour grapes, just seems funny to an innocent bystander how that just went down.

was a good opportunity for Live wagering when San Jose took the 1-0 lead. Unfortunatly I didnt take it but at that time chicago was available at around +140 or therabouts (after the first).

A little justice for game 3 when SJ had 3 times as many power plays,
including a 5 on 3. The refs also gift wrapped SJ's series vs Detroit.
Corruption in sports officiating is nothing new. Get used to it.

Don't have to tell me about corruption, I was a kid when Earl Monroe 'accidently' put the ball in the wrong basket with 2 seconds on the clock to dick thousands of New York Knick wagers.

I was like it 6 or 7th grade, my uncle used to bet the games, large, with other Italians from my moms side. (He was the man who taught me about the 'hook' in football, but I digress)

I remember my uncle and others had the Knicks one night for about 3 dimes or so in the early 70's, the Knicks were -5 or something like that, they were up 6 with two seconds left, I think they were playing the Bullets that night, anyhow, one of the Bullets missed a field goal with 2 seconds left, Monroe grabs the rebound under the basket, for no explained reason decided to bank in an uncontested layup (In the wrong basket) as the buzzer sounded making the Knicks a 4 point winner instead of 6 with the line being five.

Now in the early 70's, there were no computers, there was no access to how much money and what percentage was on what side, but the word was a shitload of gamblers in NYC that were on the Knicks that night took a blood bath.

If you would have watched the Red Wings get jobbed in round 2, you would not be surprised.
