That would be different. If a bet was cancelled, because of a pitching change, or weather, then it is a refunded bet that shouldn't count. The only thing I can think of would be how that particular book's system and software is setup maybe ?
On a couple of books I use, I have seen pushed bets and cancelled/void bets show as exactly the same in my bet history - so if their system doesnt properly distinguish between them, then I would also assume the bonus rollover wouldnt count them either maybe ?
