What a dissappointing book this is..
I only joined this book to enter in one of the RX contest. I try hard to support this site and it's sponsors.
I made a very minimal d/p to give this book a try, and I am thankful it was a small amount.
To start, I created an account, and went to make a d/p. I did WU. When I called back with the Control Number, I told them I wanted the$116 bonus for d/p $116. I was told because I didn't use the link, I was not eligable. :think2:
I tried to use the link, but it was not working. They told me they would send my case to management, but he doubted they would be able to help.
An hour later, I check my account and the money still wasn't there. I emailed them, and got an email back in a timely fashion. I was told that the WU agent did NOT send it as US dollars. I thought it was a little ridiculous that they didn't contact me to tell me the problem and I had to contact them, but oh well.
So I call WU, and had to fight a little bit to have it change. So Finally that was fixed and then I contact CS chat. I told them it was changed. He told me to check back in 15mins. Again an hour later the money was still not in my account. Again I contact them.
I was told they cannot process the money because i used a different last name on WU than whats on my account. I told them I usually do in fear of being banned from WU. They then say they cannot do anything to help me. But here is what bothers me , WHEN I FIRST CALLED TO MAKE THE WU, I TOLD THEM WHAT THE SENDERS NAME WOULD BE. They did not correct me. So here I am, with all the money STUCK in WU! I can't get the money back because i used a fake name.
This company refused over and over again to do ANYTHING to help me. They didn't even contact me about the problem, they waited for me to contact them.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are willing to give this bad CS to get my money, I can't imagine how bad it will be when I am trying to get money.
