Tampa is down by two right now and some asshole has Tampa -1.5 at -1850.

Why would they put up something like that? Tampa -1.5 should be +200 at this point. I don't get it.

anyone can put any line they want up. Usually its you and one other guy and you will keep changing your line until you meet in the middle.

That's the thing. There is nothing on the CWS side of it.

Ok now someone is offering Tampa +1.5 for +260. That is much better than -1850 for something that has no shot at this point.

anybody can offer lines they want, think he was the first one..then others pop other amounts + lines in, so it changes quickly.
