His team sucks already think he is a good fade rest of year. I was looking at today to see if he would tank this one and it appears he is. Will he pitch with any desire or give a damn if they dont trade him the rest of the season. Is it a just a bad day or is he sending message to trade me??????????

Oswalt has never given an indication throughout his career that he's a butthole like that.
I'd give him the benefit of the doubt and say bad outing.

I think he's a great competitor though. He might be unhappy, but he'll give his best effort every time out.

Are you even watching the game?

The umpire behind the plate is HORRIBLE. Oswalt doesnt complain and he wasnt getting any calls. He just shook his head after throwing a pitch on the corner that was called a ball and the umpire immediately ran out and tossed him. Dunn should have been called out on strikes before his base clearing double but the umpire called 2 pitches right down the middle balls.

Please refrain from making posts you absolutely know nothing about.

Ummm you are a little off with that description. The pitches to Dunn were clearly inside and not right down the plate at all so maybe stop calling people out for posting things they know absolutely nothing about? They were close calls but not even close to being right down the plate. Also- he did not get ejected for shaking his head, they showed it many times-he points his glove, shakes his head and yells something at the ump

He wouldnt have said anything to the ump if the ump didnt take off his mask and run out to the mound. Roy didnt say one thing until the ump decided to act like a bad ass and run out to the mound. The curveball he threw to Dunn was right over the middle of the plate. The fastball was inside probably.

You mean like his first game after wanting a trade where he gave up 4 hits in 8 innings, 0 ERS, 9 SO, 1 BB? Is that what you mean by looking like shit?

MILWAUKEE -- Roy Oswalt made a convincing argument for the Houston Astros to keep him in his first start since the team publicly acknowledged the ace's trade request.

Oswalt threw eight dominant innings and Houston collected 12 hits in a 5-0 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers on Wednesday night.

Oswalt (3-6) walked one and allowed four hits, including doubles by Ryan Braun in the first and fourth. He struck out nine of his final 16 batters while handing the Brewers their 12th loss in 15 games.

Oswalt said nothing to that Umpire. In fact, his direct words to the ump were "I wasn't saying anything to you". Houston sucks ass and needs to trade this poor guy. He deserves better. As does Berkman.
