Who at 5Dimes is the equivalent of Scotty or Herman at BetJM?
You know the person who can answer and resolve client questions in 1 take.
Gets old being on phone with CS forever, thru holds and still don't get answers.

but 9 times out of 10 your better off talking to a wall at least the wall won't tell you to **** Off, however if it's a legitimate 5 dimes mistake after the **** off he will fix it
not that he is a bad guy just
a little gruff

If you're a large bettor they probably won't care but otherwise they'll think you're being a pain in the ass.

u having a issue with them? my 1st experince with this book has been terrible. the customer serivce is a joke. i heard nothing but good things about them and my 1st go round has been horrendous.

My advice when dealing with 5Dimes CSD is to call 1-800-305-3517 and ask for Andrea at ext 2022 or just ask for Becky in CSD if Andrea is not available. Tony is the GM and will get involved on making calls on money issues or disputes in prop grading for example but for routine stuff you are much better off with the girls.

Talked with Andrea, but she strictly handles agents and affiliates. She did get me over to the 3 person CC dept., and issue taken care of in 1 take. Thanks.
