The "woMAN" who beat Serena and Henin the French Open has got to be on something. Her arms are more developed than most males who lift weights:

I know women personally with similar or bigger arms who are 100% clean. There is not even a 1% chance she is on anything.

Tennis has the stingest drug testing policy out of any sport, hands down. It is actually to the point where it's intrusive to the athletes.

There is no legitimate reason to think Sam Stosur isn on any PED drugs. Women can get that big without drugs, they generally don't because they lack the work ethic, and because it's unattractive! However, everyone who follows the WTA tour knows Stosur is a lesbian who dedicates her life to tennis and working out to get good in tennis, and that explains her physique.
