If he does he will be opening a can of worms... Every time there is a bad call they will be looking at Bud to fix it... He is in a lose-lose spot here.

Yes, I just read it.
I thought he did not have the power, but he does indeed have the power.

Don't know if you can do that...I think he should, but then the flood gates would open for the other piss poor calls in history.
I think he HAS to implement replay now though. Why when we live in this day and age of slow motion/high definition would you not make the game better and more fair with instant replay. It will boggle my mind if this doesn't puch it thru.

NFL is way better because of instant replay

He's going to catch a lot of flack if he doesn't address this... hell if he can call that draw in the all-star game he can fix this.

Yes and no. This will be setting a precedent that any life changing bad call will have to be reviewed by him, but not everyday calls.

I think he should correct it.

In this case, all he is doing is creating a perfect game, removing a hit from a player, removing an error from another and not changing the outcome of a game. This is the right thing to do.

In order to avoid having this issue come up in the future, MLB will have to expand replay

I think if selig changes the call then he has to go back to the bottom of the 8th and change the blown call which gave the tigers 2 runs. But considering the magnitude of a perfect game he has to change it and hopefully this makes them use replay. Hell the games are already 6 hours whats 7 lol

I thought Selig does anything he doesn't have the spine. HE is the worst commish of the big 3 sports. HAs no innovation whatsoever.
