The fact that the Yanks are 19-0 against the RL at home when winning notwithstanding, starting to look for ways to reduce the heavy chalk in games such as those 2PMax likes to point out. Today we have the big bad Wolf visiting Busch to start off a series with Albert and the Cards. While Mr. Wolf has had some success pitching agains STL, I'm more concerned with "what have you done for me lately?" Answer is quite enlightening. In the six Wolf starts that the Brew Crew have lost, all have been by 2 or more runs; in fact, only one loss was by 2 runs, the rest even more making the double RL worth taking a look at. So, the question therein lies: Do you think the Cards will win tonight? I happen to be of the opinion that they will, and given the aforementioned record, am willing to drop the juice to -110 and give up the run and a half. GLTA tonight.
