I have bet the England/Slovenia/USA tri-cast in that group at 13/2 (now 11/2 or shorter), possible I'm biased of course but I'm generally more critical of emotionally positive bets than regular ones.

England don't have the attack they used to, and a pretty solid defence (personally I think even stronger now we'll be forced to play King vs Ferdinand); 1-0, 1-1, 2-0, 2-1 are all quite plausible results, I'd be very surprised if there was a scorefest.
