Have to go with the Cowboys. If not the best offensive line in history, pretty close (though that did make the Aikman-Smith-Irvin combination overrated, even if very good. . . ). Defense was in the top five in most of the important stats
I know the Saints aren't the best team of all time but you have to love that they beat 3 Hall of Fame QB's in the playoffs and beat 5 Superbowl winning QB's throughout the course of the season.
