quietly Edwin Jackson has a .089 WHIP and 3.3 ERA his last 3 and only given up an outstanding 13 hits in 23 innings. Zona as a whole is playing good baseball as of late going 3-1 their last 4, the one loss was to Jimenez. On the other side Medlen is no slouch but he is still very much unproven and this is his first time logging so many innings as a starter, at some point its going to catch up to his arm and hopefully the time is now to start fading him. NL league leading hitter Martin Prado is out of the line up tonight for the Braves so that is a plus. I expect the Braves to come back to earth this next week or so and Arizona to possibly take off if their bullpen can hold up. Look for a strong outing from Jackson tonight and the Zona bats to take care of business.
