Redskins will be much improved.
They upgraded the two most important positions on a Football team, QB and Coach. Shanahan and McNabb are huge upgrades for the Skins. The defense has never been the problem with the Skins, it has always been the offense. They play in a tough division, but I expect the Skins to win anywhere from 8-11 games depending on injuries.
