Just asking.
+230 seems like a lot against a Tigers team whose bats "might or might not" be on today. You never know with them. Verlander is good, but the Pirates should be able to squeeze 2-3 in about 6-7 innings and then another 2 from the Tigers bullpen. 5-3 type game (maybe ... just a thought)

Ohlendorf (1-0 0.96 ERA) in two games against the Tigers.

in all honesty ... I might bet the Pirates and Jays. I think one of them will hit and a little profit should be made ... just thought I would throw this out there.

Of course I am not done gambling. I just hit a 5 unit bomb on the Celtics last night.

I look everyday at all sports (that I cover) and look for value. I am done betting baseball (daily) but if I see something I really like ... I might play it.

Just thought I would throw out the Pirates as a decent value play today for those who care. Might play them and the Jays (.5 units each) from my winnings on the Celtics last night.

huh? Yea he is good ... but never bet against him? He is 6-4 ... so obviously 40% of the time he loses. It's not like the man is 9-0 or anything like that. He ain't worth -250

I'm all for value betting on the Pirates (and most shitty teams for that matter) in the right situation, but I can't see them touching Verlander tonight.
