I flipped my car over in an accident and came out of it with nothing but a scar and a fat lip. LUCK.

I remember waking up after blacking out thinking why is everything upside down? Why am I sitting on the roof? And crawling out through the window.

Some guy let me sit in his IMPALA while he used his CELL to call for help. There truly is good people in the world.

Got really lucky when I was 7yrs old: A friend of mine and me went to one of our neighbors to pick up some chestnuts from his garden and we found an old hand grenade from WW2. We played around with that thing for a couple of days, until my friend's mother found out and called this in, so that some experts from German Bundeswehr came to defuse it...

Down the Jersey Shore as a kid, undertow sucked me to the bottom of the ocean.
Thought I was going to die drowning, couldn't get up for awhile.

Years ago in a heavy rain storm, I was driving a Fiat X19 convertible
on the NY State Highway in traffic at 70 MPH.

All of a sudden the car started spinning, and somehow I spun around 2.5 times
and ended up in the inner shoulder facing the wrong direction, never having
touched another car.

I sat there in shock shaking. The state police quickly showed up and stopped
traffic so I could get turned around and back on my way.

Crazy.

Wrong place wrong time once.

Playing hoops in a bad neighborhood for money late at night.

All the sudden a car pulls up and two guys get out of the car, the one had his arm behind his back.

Guy with his arm behind his back starts screaming "which one man, which one" to the other.

Him screaming with his arm behind his back went on for about 15 minutes.

Finally the guy with him says its not him man, let's go and they walk away.

Scariest and weirdest moment of my life.

Death by brocolli. LOL

I'll be sure to delete that from my diet ;

Stick with milk for my calcium. It's never killed me yet, though that may
be a slow and very painful process, with all the chemicals & shit in it.

I was supposed to go on a helicopter tour of the grand canyon one Suday (2004?) but decided to hang back at Treasure Island to watch football games.

The chopper crashed and all on board died.

A few times, but the scariest is when I was supposed to come back from an exercise on an island on the Sea of Japan....My CO and I decided to stay to help supervise the extraction of equipment and personnel...the first chopper that left crashed and killed all aboard off the coast of Okinawa...you could hear a pin drop on the next flight that I left on....a CH46 Marine helicopter.....

when i was like 3 or 4 years old i was out with my brother and his friend in the neighborhood walking around and they were building some new houses in the area my brother and his friend started throwing concrete blocks over there head as they walk and me being slower and behind them smacked me in the head and split my head wide open, by the time my parents got there a minute or so later I was covered head to toe in blood (looked like a murder scene from what ive been told). got rushed to the hospital and they had to stich my head closed

side note- all the times ive been blacked out drunk i dont even want to know, some how ive never woken up in a jail cell or been arrested, including hugging a female officer with my pants around my ankles

Recently, I've had a shortness of breath. When waking up in the morning about three weekends ago, I was short of breath. Going to my computer desk, it got better. Finally two Sundays ago, I went to bed at 9 pm, only to wake up at 11 pm. Went to my desk and it eased up. But when I tried to go back to sleep, the shortness of breath got worse. This time, even going to my desk didn't help, and I knew I should go to the hospital. I woke up my friend and GF and told them I had to go to the hospital. It was only a short ride, but I never thought I was going to make it. I just couldn't get a deep enough breath to keep me going. Really scary.

But the hospital took my right in and rushed me in to see a doctor. I was now in a panic mode as breathing really became an effort. They tried to put a nebulizer mask on my face by I was getting cloustrafobic. Finally they gave me a shot to relax me and that settled me down. When they gave me a nitro dip, that really helped and I was on the road to recovery. Seems I have a heart problem which still isn't fixed. looks like I'll need an angiogram to find out what the real problem is. I'll have to wait until my Medicare kicks in to get the coverage I need.

When I was a toddler....some family friend took me into the ocean and a wave knocked him the fuck out....i remember being underwater and dizzy as hell being drug out to sea....someone else went and got me before i was lost down there.

When I was in 1st grade or so I was making toast and the bread got stuck so the toaster was burning it.....i tried to ply it out with a metal knife.....biggest electric shock I ever felt in my whole life....i shook so hard I was thrown a few feet back.

When I was early in college....buddy of mine and I got caught in the ocean dragging us away from the land....we had to swim against the current to get back....i was so winded I literally said "fuck it, i'm ready to die".....had to grab onto something my friend was dragging part of the way back.....once we reached land we both just had to lie in the sand for 20 min to gather breath.
