Can Someone Explain Search Function

there are terms or whatever that are loaded into search functions for stuff that i know for a fact have been talked about before and yet nothing shows up...am i just doing it wrong? if so can someone explain the right way to do it?

Having problems too. For instance, I went to The Brainics profile page then hit the find all posts link, I get a bunch of posts, all from 2008. Used to be the most recent posts that would come up.

Since this was asked by on 6/11, maybe you should try it again.
When the Upgrade was done, some Functions were not working. Tech support is still working out the Kinks .....so it should be better Now.

But might not be 100%

Not even close!

For example TheJackal had a college system last year, that I wanted to revue how he did.

Can not find one single post from 2009 season. When I go to his profile, and hit find all posts,

get a sorry no matches reply.

So try to find it from my posts, but I have no 2009 college football posts either.

What happened to 2009 ?

Are You guys using the Advanced Search ?????????

So I just got a PM and they asked to find something that was Posted Last Year ( 2009 )

So I went to advanced Search, placed the Name of the person ( posters name )
clicked All Posts.....and here are the Quick Results

( I'm going to say that you were Looking for his NCAA Football ?? )

1.Go to the your post #6 in this thread
2.Left click the college basketball link you posted
3.Left click on TheJackal (red)
4.Left click on View forum Posts
5. Do you also get Sorry-No Matches Please try some different terms ?

Thats not right? Correct ?

Last time I tried, the advanced search did not function like it used to. It doesn't show anything from the last year to now. It shows old posts in no particular order. Totally messed up.
