Say what you will about Vazquez and yes he's been a mess most of the season, but one thing he has done well is shut down right handed bats. On the season right handed hitters are batting .210 against him, and what do you know today the Astros have 6 right handed batters in the lineup. Only Blum, Bourn, and Berkman will be swinging it from the left side. I see the Astros having a tough time generating offense today.
On the other hand Wandy Rodriguez has been awful most of the season. He runs up his pitch count, doesn't work deep into games and no longer racks up K's like he has in the past. This Yankees lineup will use a patient approach with Wandy and shouldn't have any problem scoring off him and chasing him after 5 innings or so.
