Reduced vig by a huge margin. Same day payouts are not needed or even possible. If I deposited for a baseball game at noon, I doubt I get cash at 4pm when the game is over, even if I could and paid like $100 to get $1,000, I'm not doing it.

3 weeks is a bit long to get paid, that would be acceptable for Matchbook regular mail @$9, or so.
Being Baseball season only, one need not look beyond 5Dimes and Betjam, and Matchbook.
5D and Betjam should get you a check (free) within 3 days. MB should get there within 5 days if you pay $39.
