Looking to relocate..Need help..

I am living in Denver, Colorado, but because of job situation where I can work remotely for the next couple years, was looking to relocate.

Anyone have any suggestions on where to go? Would prefer warm weather place.

Oh here are some stats on me..Would be willing to leave USA..

Mid 30s..Single...Was looking to spend 700-800 US month for rent, but would drop 1000 if place was sweet.

forget san diego/so cal too expensive.
vegas is affordable, but not the best place
for a single guy to meet nice, single women
for LTR.

Brussels, Belgium.

You can drink a different beer everyday for like 4 years and not have the same beer twice in that time-frame.

How the hell do you work a deal to work remotely? I want that deal.

North Carolina is very very underrated but gorgeous. Area around Raleigh is one of the fastest growing in the nation. Great beach just 90 miles from Raleigh, great universities with single women and one of the best sports scenes in America not to mention the weather is phenomenal.
