I've been playing at a book for a number of years and have had a good experience with them. Never a problem with payouts and great customer service. I logged in today and my account had been closed. When I spoke with customer service they informed me they were no longer taking Canadian players and would pay out my funds today. I'm fine with that, they have a right to their decision. The problem is, I had accumulated over $400 in betpoints at their site and was given no notice of the closure. I'm not being allowed to redeem them. The betpoints carried no rollover requirements. They could be redeemed and withdrawn right away. I'm feeling a bit cheated of the money.
What recourse do I have or am I just being sour grapes?
