There have been whispers about an injury for a few weeks now and Lopes finally spilled the beans during an interview with Baseball Prospectus. We'll probably hear some confirmation or denial from the team in the days to come, but there's no question that Utley hasn't looked the same for quite some time. While his .377 on-base percentage is excellent, he is batting just .257 with a .451 slugging percentage.
