Never paid for one, but was interested in them and many of their false claims in the beginning.

I think most all of us fell for their hype when we first stumbled into this hobby as rookies....

From about 1998 thru 2003 I was buying ASA's 5star and larger plays. They were profitable. They charge nearly the same to buy the big plays as you would pay for the entire package. Betting 3 and 4 stars is just a waste of time , they break even at best on those.

I have with several when I was starting out. I saw the good the bad and the ugly.

Waste of money. Find a forum like the RX and go to the sports section(s) and find someone good to follow.

Paying a tout seriously hurts your EV.

yes, in the late 80's

what a fucking baby in the woods I was. we were paying something like $ 500 per play for Jim Fiest's "late steam", went 0-3. Also tried a few others in that time frame. That's how I learned that they're just full of shit.

was about 22-24 years ago

NO... I did call for a free selection once many years ago pre- internet the selection lost and the tout never called the next day probably one where they gave 50% of the players one side and 50% the other when you called.

Anyone who gets William Lee's Service is having a great WNBA start as Lee is now 8-0 +80 UNITS ATS in the start of his WNBA campaign. He just finished a nice NBA season as well.

...And if William Lee was a longterm winner i'm sure he would spend his time and energy capping and betting his own plays, as opposed to selling them.

Never have I paid for a tout service, nor will I ever.

If touts were longterm winners they wouldn't need to tout. I'd say literally over 99% are either career scammers who don't bet at all, or gambling degenerates who are longterm losers.

Dont all the bookmakers pay a tout? Or do they all just wait on CRIS to put out a line? Does CRIS pay a tout?

Over ten years ago me and a guy from work would pay 10 bucks ($5 EACH) FOR NORTHCOAST MONDAY NIGHT MAGIC.. actually did OK... (from work on phone no internet access back then @ wk)

Then they endorsed Millenium and went square, and we layed off. Maybe I have spent 20 bucks lifetime and can't say Ive lost any.

Strictly bought Larry Ness "Legend Plays" anytime he had one a few years back. Don't know what I was thinking although he was pretty hot for a while. I'm pretty sure somewhere down the line the individual actually making the picks for "Larry Ness" changed.Went from pretty sharp plays to like the biggest square sides on the universe.Paid for his plays this year around Thanksgiving for the sole purpose of fading him and of course he was like 11-4 for those 4 days.(His big plays are still a great fade collectively)

I'd like to add that I will never ever pay $.01 for any pick from any of these "cappers" ever again. If I'm given enough time to prepare for a game I'm better than any of these numbnutts.
