I believe they're going through a court battle right now, which has made me leery of using them....

Use Shareaza. It's put out by a series of programmers who don't belong to a company and therefore can't be sued.

FYI dont install the toolbar from them, also make sure you use Firefox*(better anti virus)I always down .RAR files...use winrar to unzip these files.
