True Parlay Odds
Groups of straight bets or totals combined into one bet. To win a parlay, all of your picks must win. If a game is a tie, postponed, incomplete, cancelled or rescheduled, the parlay is reduced to the next lowest level, example: a three-team parlay with a tie becomes a two-team parlay. Some bettors like parlays because the high odds mean large payoffs. The drawback however is that all picks must win.

so he gets $150,000 then, so in actuality, it was a stupid to risk the 500 for 217,000 since the last 67,000 he cant collect i assume

I wouldn't believe it unless BetED confirmed it....

I find it hard to believe someone would just put $500 on a 10-teamer. To the average bettor (the kind of person who plays at BetEd) $500 is a significant amount.

$10 or $20 maybe. $50 or $100 is reaching. $500 is hard to believe.

Not to mention two of the outcomes in his parlay were correlated, yet the software accepted it.

some places only deny draw and under...........i agree with you though

10 Teamer ?? WOW

I have been known to play Parlays, and Back in the Day ( when I didn't know better ) I would play a 6-8 Teamer, but Never 10.
Hit Both a 6 & 7 Teamer once.....Nice Payout , But Nothing like Above.....and It was for $200 & $150
Tried once to Hedge the 7 Teamer ( which was a Late NFL game ) but I couldn't because the 6th & 7th play was in the same game ( Total & Side )

Now I stick to playing 3 & 4 Teamers, but the 4 is Rare.......and I Only play Parlays when I'm Up, unlike when i didn't know Better....I use to play them to try to get out of a Hole.

It's always good to play a parlay or 2 just in case you have one of those rare days. It's doesn't have to be for a large amount, but if you have a 11-1 or 10-2 day and you have those plays mixed in 2 parlays, you can win a nice little chunk.

I agree would need confirmation to believe this.

looks like this is real and the guy will get paid at 3k a week.

It's going to take a while with 3k a week, but great thing he's getting paid. BetED is not the best shop around.
