Win or lose, it's still not the proper way to manage/attack a lineup.
If you're facing a team with one guy who's head and tails better than everyone else, you simply don't let that guy beat you.
Especially in baseball.

Now if they had Youk and VMart in there, fine. Pedroia gets to see decent pitches.
But he shouldn't have tonight. Not the way that lineup was constructed.
