Are you talking all of your tunes or just your different playlist folders? As far as transferring all of your contents from your Ipod over to a new PC, you should be able to synch your ipod w/your itunes. You can also set your itunes management of your ipod to manual and just drag over what you want. You probably have to authorize your new computer as well. Not sure if this what you are asking.
I found a software program that did it but wasn't doing it how I wanted so i just said eff it and redid my itunes. I wanted to keep it the same cause i have over 13k songs on my ipod and didn't wanna go back through putting all that shit on....but i spent the past 3 hours with it. Now ipod updating...currently on 4k of 13k+ songs. Gonna have to change a shit load of titles and add artwork again too....hate that part.
With itunes now you should be able to click find album art and iTunes will automatically find all the album art for all of your albums. Occasionasly it makes a few mistakes but it is very helpful. If you just select all your songs/albums and right click and select find album artwork. Hope that makes it easier for you, and if you already knew how to do this-sry for wasting your time
