What's not to like?
Mexican Shrimp Tacos
2 pounds Cooked, deveined shrimp
4 tbsp Butter
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 Serrano or jalapeno chiles, minced (hot)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 cup salsa mexicana
1 cup salsa verde
1/2 Cabbage, shredded
1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
2 Tomatoes, chopped
1 White onion, chopped
1 cup Grated cheese

Tacos Jalisco, 7150 East Thomas Road in Scottsdale. Authentic Mexican food. They even have cabeza tacos there. I used to eat there all the time when I worked in the area.
Now I eat at Moreno's for their Sonoran hot dogs. Damn! I'm trying to lose weight but now I'll have to stop by there for dinner. You can tell if an ethnic restaurant is any good if you see actual people from that country eating there instead of just a bunch of Americans.
You can't beat Carolina's although I haven't eaten there lately since it's so far away.
I can't remember the last time I ate at Taco Bell since the tacquerias are so much better.
They opened up another Carolinas on like 32nd St. and Cactus. Its on the way home from where my wife works, so she picks it up every now and then.
There are some decent places in Old Town Scottsdale. But again, hole in the wall joints are the best. Places like Garcias are shitty and cost you 3 times as much.
