the bulls played 1full season(playoffs included) without mj. in 1994 the bulls were the 3rd seed in the eastern confrence. pushed the eastern confrence champs knicks to 7games in round 2. in the 5th game of that series scottie pippin was called for a phatom fould on davis with 2secs left(top 5 worst call in nba history). without that terriable call the bulls would of gained a 3-2 series lead heading back home. the bulls had 2 starters in the eastern confrence all star game that year, scottie and bj armstrong.

I agree the Bulls team without Jordan was better than this Cleveland team without LeBron, but to call them a 30 win team MAX without Lebron is asinine. Cleveland always played well in the regular season even when Lebron missed the game, or sat out the majority of the game. They are what they are, pathetic postseason chokers, who play great during the regular season.
If he stays with Cleveland, if he goes to the Knicks, Nets or Detroit Lions, he isn't going to surpass Jordan, so why should this have any meaning?
Going to a team he thinks gives him the better teammates and better management will at least improve his chances of winning a championship. Turning that down because of who played in that city 15 years ago would be the stupid thing
