I'm getting stiffed right now from an Rx member! It's kind of like family. His name is HokieSkins on here. Watch out for him. He lives in Virginia and he's going to be at the party at Planet Hollywood. Don't you guys hate that shit?

got stiffed by CEO at my job.

Think it was the 2008 season Buffalo Bills were 4-0 heading to Arizona.

Told him the Cardinals would win easy.

Bet me $50, never seen it.

haven't been stiffed yet, not counting my kids.

but everybody, and I mean everybody, is a slow pay.

I wonder when my daughter is going to stop using that "can I borrow $ 500 for vacation" line? Four years running now.

When we were in college, a bunch of us used to place our bets together. One of my good friends at the time lost $ 200 and never paid, which means the other 6 or 7 of us ate the $ 200. That money was big for us at that time, and I haven't seen the kid in over 30 years now.

I have been stiffed for a small amount.

Have you ever lent someone money and they say, "Remind me to pay you back. I will probably forget."?

If I asked for it, I would get the money back. Still, why do I have to f*cken remember?

My grandpa used to say if you decide to lend a friend money, consider it a gift if they pay you back. Thought he was crazy, no way would I let someone owe me money. Shitty thing is if you ever call them when you need something, they're less likely to be one of the friends to count on to answer.

Back in the early 80's I was betting 3-5K per day. I had 2 friends who seen I was winning and asked me to put bets in for them too. It was with locals I dealt with for years. First 2 weeks they followed and won a couple thousand each. Then the 3rd week I went stone cold, lost 11K, my 2 friends lost $1,600 and $1,800. they both said they spent the winnings and didn't have any money to pay. After having to cover their $3400, it was the best $3,400 I ever spent finding out who my true friends were. Haven't seen or heard from either of them in 30 years. Won't even accept my friendship on facebook. Probably afraid I want my money back.
