I'm 5'11" 155lbs, so I really dont need to lose weight- mainly just inches off the waist. About the only fat on my body is the good ole gut. And I'd really like to shed it. Any helpful tips other than running till my legs fall off? I do ab exercises, but I also know you cant see the abs if there is a layer of fat in the way. Any specific diets? Exercises? Secret pills?

lol...j/k...5'11" 155.....that is crazy.....i'm probably a quarter inch shorter than you and 20 lbs heavier....i got the gut but no abs underneath it.....

I have a big frame and a nice gut from beer that I worked hard to get.

Cardio and Diet to lose fat. Drink tons of water as well sports freak.

I did lose it i'm 6' 275..... about 3 years ago I went from the same down to 209. Everybody said I looked too thin. Did it through diet, eat vegan, didn't drink, and exercise, walked everywhere and hit the gym 3 x a week. Unfortunately I have gained it all back.

5'11 and 155, what is your gut made out of? Bones and intestines?

Take a 300-pound barbell and put it over your head. Once you can do that your shoulders will be wide enough to make your waist look small

I'm 23 y/o and about 6'1 and went from about 245lbs to 195 (current weight). I used a balanced diet and was actually training for a Triathlon, so lot's of running, swimming and biking. I also try to lift weights 3-5 times a week depending on my schedule.

Just be consistent and you'll get to your goal! Try eating grapefruit and green tea to help burn fat..I also gave up drinking soda and most juices, now it's water or alcohol :lol:

I'm 6'5"...230....w/a small beer gut....but...at my age...who the fvck cares...

not going to get laid by a 22 something...besides....

my wife cooks everything homemade...(Italian Women)...

I think I just got lucky w/ great metabolism...who knows...
