I'm 5'11" 155lbs, so I really dont need to lose weight- mainly just inches off the waist. About the only fat on my body is the good ole gut. And I'd really like to shed it. Any helpful tips other than running till my legs fall off? I do ab exercises, but I also know you cant see the abs if there is a layer of fat in the way. Any specific diets? Exercises? Secret pills?
