Yeah, then what happened in Boston last night? 9 PH's???? You got one team supposedly sucking at the plate and 2 very good pitchers. Personally, I don't see 8 runs here, but what do I know. GL today.

You might be right on that total. In his last 3 starts Pavano is 3-0 and 1.44

Tampa had to travel yesterday and the Twins stayed at home and beat their division rival to win the series.

Now if you're the Twins and you think you might be in the postseason, what would be more exciting than facing the team that you might meet in the playoffs????

I think the home crowd is going to be fired up for this game, and so will the Twins

BJ Upton is listed as questionable. If that's the case, not sure how I wouldn't talk myself into this game on Twins

I see it going over.

How can you see it going over???

Pavano has completed two complete games in a row, his last one being a shutout versus high-powered Mets on the road. Nieman is lights-out on the road and at night.

In the last 10 games of both of these teams, the under has gone 12-7-1

The Rays Offense came alive last night, the twins were crushing the ball yesterday. These are two teams that can knock the ball all over the park when things are clicking. Neimann is not an over powering pitcher he hasnt fared well against good offensive teams. The red sox cleaned his clock in Tampa @ night @ home. The twins is a similar team offensivly. Povano again relies on stuff not over powering the rays can be patient at the plate and work the count. You can not figure Povanos last 3 starts they were against the fucking NL @ NL parks. Get real the NL is garbage and he was pitching to pitchers and pitching around the #8 hitter to get to the pitchers

Not to mention the stat that started this thread....

Plus, look at the bullpens over the last 10 games. Both have been rock-solid!

Neither of these teams has averaged more than 4 runs per game over the last 10 games. 8 would be the right number if the pitchers were average. Neither of these pitchers is average!!

WTF, I've seen enough!!

Twins offense is NOT similar to Red Sox. Maybe in recent years, but not this year

TWINS/RAYS under 8

$357 to win $325
That is acutally a decent play.

Rays only hit .261 collectivly against Pavano and Nieman is nasty Twins (.150)

good luck.

If I ever think this way, kill me. I don't fade myself or second guess. The under is 10-5 in Pavano's games this year.
