He's coming off the no-hitter and shut-out LA with only 3 hits allowed on June 2.

It's a funny thing about Jackson, though. His best work has all been on the road, including the LA shut-out.

At home his ERA is 5.17 and he's 3-5

Kuroda has won both of his starts vs the D'backs this year and has a 4-3 road record with a 2.93 ERA.

Over the last 10 games the Dodgers are outscoring the D'Backs 4.6 to 3.4 runs per game.

D'Backs bullpen ERA in the last 10 games is 5.60. Their bullpen ERA in all their home games is 6.66. Wow

The last time that Jackson saw the Dodgers at home he gave up 6 earned runs. The Dodgers are 10-5 in Kuroda's games while the D'Backs are 6-10 in Jackson's. Kuroda's best work has been on the road, Jackson's worst has been at home.

Dodgers have won three in a row and are only 2.5 games back of Padres. They are 8-1 vs the D'Backs this year. Torre will be drilling into them that they can gain some ground in the next three days

I've seen enough. Edwin Jackson, prove to me that you can beat the Dodgers at home with your shitty bullpen, shitty record vs LA and nothing to play for. I think two extra days rest works against you.
