Hey guys,
I have looked at my wagering history and a huge thing I noticed is that i very rarely play underdogs. Is there any suggestions or tips or mindsets you guys to provide because I want to change that so I don't lay so much juice every bet.

Look for early line movements on dogs, ones that move the # lower, then get the best number available. It's always good to have at least three books to choose from

is early line movement indicative that sharp money is being played on the dogs thus i should be tailing?
and also what is defined as "early line movement"?

Yes that is my belief, although some may argue differently. 8:30 AM seems to be a good time for me cause then you have both offshores and vegas shops both effecting the movement simotaniously
