Do you guys typically have rules so to speak, things that NEVER get spoken of outside of a certain group, or within 2 people?

I think there are. There should be a trust between friends in my opinion.

give us an example, because i dont really understand what your getting at.

i have a group of 4 friends (including myself), and one is always cheating on his girlfriend(s). as a group we dont talk about any of the girls when one is with us, but when were together we always talk about them. so im not sure if thats what you mean as unspoken

Money, bets, strip clubs, money lost, etc.....i guess you could tie in cheating, but not here.

i kind of see what your saying. there really isnt anything me and my friends dont talk about, but theres alot that doesnt leave "our circle."

ok ya i see what you saying. i think thats how most group of best friends are, if your truly best friends. most of the stuff thats on the "no talk list" for us has to do with girls though
