How did I know CK would name some gay song?

A little Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Disturbed, Tom Petty, AC DC to name just a few.

propagandhi's pretty bad ass. I grew up on that kind of music.

If you are rock or Melodic rock fan then I would highly recommed the following albums from some relatively unknown bands, song previews available on the links:

Khymera - The Greatest Wonder
Possibly my favourite album of all time and in my opinion not a single weak song on it. Fans of the likes of Def Leppard, Journey or Survivor should definately check it out.

Jimi Jamison - Crossroads Moment
Latest solo album from Ex-Survivor front man Jimi Jamison - is a fair bit more mellow than it is rock, but by no means less impressive.

Sunstorm - House of Dreams
Another great album, which again has its roots in the 80's rock scene - this time its former Rainbow + Deep Purple, Joe Lynn Turner who is the lead singer.

Place Vendome - Streets of Fire
Another great melodic rock album, check out Guardian Angel which is my favourite song on the album
