Why did Uruguay take out Forlan at 85th minute?

Couldnt believe Uruguay yanked their best player Forlan at 85th minute..Sure enough they score a goal to make it 3-2 and they could have used their best player for the equalizer..

What are they saving him for the 3rd place game..Dumb move...

u can't predict that they are scoring 1' into extra time...holland was already on the celebration path trying to end the game..not playing all out....
