He wasnt getting traded. It was 3 minor leaguers in the deal, he was never in the deal.

He has gotten better as the season has gone. Also, Safeco and pitching against the Mariners, will do many a pitcher well. Also, Justin Smoak belongs in the minors right now imo

The better deal was the Yankee deal for the Mariners. The Yankees should be thrilled they did not make that deal for Montero alone imo
