Ok. I'll bite on this one.

Son ova mutha stinkin' gawd dam ass lickin' dirty rotten piece of shit!

I'm just mad because Texas screwed me on a four teamer today. Out of the four, on paper, Texas was lock today. How can one of the top three hottest baseball teams in the league lose to the worst ballclub three days in a row.........at home. Should've known better. That ML was way too high. Well anyways I'm playfully ranting since I didn't have very much on it.

Cliff Lee put on his 'S' cape, took the ball and went to the mound where he threw 110 pitches, 96 of them clocked at 107 MPH or more.
He retired all 27 twelve year old little leaguers in a 56 to 0 shutout.

Ummm, seriously, in another thread I said "be careful, this may not be a good spot, with Lee being distracted all day before game time with the media circus and all.

Cliff Lee Pitched a complete game but took the loss in a 6-1 Oriole win. In 9 IPs he yielded 9 hits 6 Earned Runs no walks and 2 Ks. His undoing were three Home Runs he yielded to Oriole hitters - N Markakis (6, 4th inning off C Lee 0 on, 0 Out), A Jones (14, 6th inning off C Lee 1 on, 2 Out), C Izturis (1, 5th inning off C Lee 0 on, 2 Out). Lee threw an effiecient 96 pitches with 73 being ruled as strikes. He had good command as witnessed by no walks and 73 strikes and only 23 balls but apparently grooved a number of fastballs (three) that the Ball Park at Arlington could not hold.

Lee now sports an 8-4 record on the season with an ERA of 2.64 and a WHIP of 0.95.
