be honest, what is your financial situation

currently owe 7,380 in debts.

haven't started a 401 or ira but plan to next year, would like to get one of them going after i finish paying this debt next year.

should be debt free this time next year or earlier.

goal is once i clear up this debt to save around 10,000 a year, put it in savings for downpayment on home, and buy home when im 30 with about 30-40k downpayment on a 100-120,000 or so house.

got a great deal on rent so not in a rush to give that up anytime soon.

Ehh..im only 23 and in college so I'm not "well off" by any means nor am I "struggling."

Im a semi-broke college student living at the beach trying to have as much fun as possible and live life in EXPENSIVE Orange County, but anything's better than the hometown =)

the state is minnesota.

saw a 2200 square foot 4 bed 3 bath for 120,000 the other day on craigslist, but it might not be legit.

its in a rural area, bout an hour south of the tc
