most businesses these days try to avoid phone calls and want to do everything through the internet.

takes me 10 minutes to find a contact number for the frickin airlines.

alot of these business prefer email and chat customer service because of course it is much cheaper than phone. Especially 1 800 numbers.

I registered for an account with them on Sunday and sent several e-mails attempting to get confirmation of my registration so I could make a deposit and have not received any reply whatsoever. Terrible customer service and they lost me as a potential cutomer that's for sure.
