Jose Deleon had plus stuff but his won/loss record was always around five hundred. Seems like the same deal for Cain. It's as if some guys just can't catch a break.
Been like that for years it seems. Johan Santana, and Roy Oswalt along with Cain are 3 guys that never seem to get run support. I think Greg Maddux was also in that group. Very misleading records, but all with great ERA's in the past.
