He should realize it's already one of the stupidest and most insensitive comments he's probably ever made, well if your gonna say something like that to be honest he's probably made comments 10x worse. It shouldn't take a loved one being killed to realize its wrong. The articles in newspapers and headlines on the news about families, kids, people killed by drunk drivers should be more than enough. Come on now, wake the f*ck up.

I was only actually buzzed up real good - would never drive absoultey wasted let alone 100 - had 3/4 a bottle of wine (fuck, Steal drinks two before noon), 2 patron shots and decent glass of sambuca.

FYI the "actually only buzzed up real good" defense probably wouldn't work in a court of law following a traffic stop or accident.

probably not -- but many people can drive after they've had a half bottle of wine or 8 or 9 beers. DUIs are ridiculous. .08 is different for everybody...
