Salaries aren't typically disclosed on manager contracts, but it's a safe bet that Black is being rewarded handsomely for his efforts this season. The Padres are off to an incredible 54-37 start and currently boast the best record in the National League. We'll see if they can keep that pace and reach the playoffs for the first time since 2006. The Dodgers, Giants and Rockies are giving chase in the talented National League West.
