Anybody use a T-Mobil cell phone?

I just got off the phone with them.Family plan for 3 phones with 1500 mins and unlimited texting price $104 a month + taxes.
That's over $100 less than i am paying Verizon now..and they offer 3 new phones for free with a 2 year plan.
What's the catch??

no catch....additional lines are $5 each....the text is probably a flat fee.....

if you want a "catch"....i'm guessing you had internet on your phones @ verizon and none at tmobile

Nope i have no internet @ verizon either..Just wondering why they are so much cheaper

i use t-mobile never had a problem with them really, they are kind of shitty when it comes up free or partial upgrades on phones. its always like 18 months for a new phone. By that time ive already lost or broken my phone and used a partial upgrade (not much of a discount) to replace my lost or damaged phone and the 18 month countdown starts again

I have had T-Mobile for about 6 years now and I never have had any issues with them

yea i really need to start doing that, i just lost a $230 phone on my birthday at a strip club, now i have some piece of shit like t319 that i had 5 yrs ago and that was still like $60 to buy

No internet on the phone and sometimes i don't have service in basements and a few places where Verizon has service but other than that it has been fine

t mobile is terrible. not only does their phone service suck but there customer service sucks also. where i live in la tmobile was huge about 5 years ago, and since everyone has gone to verizon or at&t because the service is so bad
