Medium Play:
Tampa Bay comes in as a heavy favorite and why not. They play very well on the road and continue to be one of the better teams on the road. Crawford is off tonight with a bruised testicle. This is big. He's such a spark plug. Bergensen starts today and there's not much too say about this kid. 2-8 for QS and 0-4 for QS at home. The wind is blowing slightly out to right. James Shields on the other hand is 7-10 of QS on the road but only 2 for 4 in QS in day games.
The line has moved from 9.5 to 10 on the over under and the money line has moved from -193 to 210 but there has been some recent buy back with Crawford most likely not in lineup. The Orioles brought up a couple bullpen guys and will have a quick pull on Bergy today.
My thoughts: At +180 or more I'm going to take a medium wager on the Orioles. With Scott back in the middle of the lineup it helps. Today's 2-5 hitters are a combined 39 for 115 for an average of .339. Pena has killed Orioles pitching but Longoria hasn't hit Bergy too well.
The Umpire is 11-8 for home teams and the O/U is 7-10 for the year.
