happened today in Yankees game.....and not to make it seem like a dumb question, but....how could you not know this answer?
I have never seen this happen before....usually when I see someone get ejected it is a 3rd strike.....
guys don't argue on 1st or 2nd strikes hardly ever......you dont argue on balls and you don't argue on foul balls
I would've guessed that a pinch hitter gets the same count....but I just wanted to see if there was any possible angle shoot that a team could use (i.e. 0-2 count argue and maybe get ejected to reset count or move to next guy in order)
Kinda like how i used to think you could really play smart defense in situations with the infield fly rule....but these baseball rule guys are smart.
