July 21, 2010: Who will win the World Series

I took the Texas Rangers at the beginning of the season at 25-1 odds. I still like my chances.

If you had to pick a World Series winner at this point in the season, who would it be? :think2:

Yanks, Rays, Sox, Braves, Cards, Dodgers...???

I'll take the American League....like the Yankees, Rangers & Red Sox. I'll take the Red Sox if they can get and stay healthy in time.

NYY and nobody else. Everyone else sucks.

NYY has pitching and hitting. Nobody has both consistently, Tampa/Texas are the next closest.

St. Louis could be tough with AW, CC and JG, but offense is awful.

Pettite hurt and Hughes/Burnett/Vazquez getting rocked. Along with their shut bullpen. They have major pitching problems.

Cardinals with big 3 then Pujols, Holiday, Ludwick, Rasmus, and Freese. They are my pick.

Andy will be back in Sept. Also, AJ only needs to pitch good once in 2 games in the post season in each series. Also, wouldn't be suprised if NYY Makes a move to get another pitcher.
