This is what we should all be looking for. These plays don't happen very often, but when you see a play where the numbers are all pointing one way, take advantage.

Adam Wainwright is 10-0 with a 1.31 ERA at Busch Stadium this year. He starts his 11th game at home in a day game Thursday. So, yes, St. Louis with Wainwright boxed is my best play in a long time.

Here is the best part. The line is St. Louis -170 which is more juice than I like to lay. However, St Louis has won all but one of his 10 home starts by more than one run. It doesn't hurt that St. Louis is going for their 9th win in a row, while Philly has lost 6 of their past 7 games.

PLAY ST. LOUIS -1.5 RUNS AT -110. Don't Forget. This Is A Day Game.

NOTE: Cole Hamels has been pitching well his past three games, so you might want to spilt this play, laying -170 for half and -110 at -1.5 runs for the other half. That is up to you, although I'm not doing it.

Hamels hates day games too.

Weird that in July he has an ERA of something around 0.61 for two day games. Prior to July his ERA for day games was around 4.85
