Never had an iphone, never used an iphone but i am now considering getting one. I was wondering if they work well for placing bets online at books like pinny, greek or exchanges like matchbook. Are there issues logging in or delays confirming bets etc? Just curious if anyone has any tips or experiences they can share. Thanks

I can't speak for all books but pinnacle works great on the iphone. Can't imagine any problem with any site.

I've had no problems with several different books. Apple/iPhone doesn't support FlashPlayer, so that might be an issue with some books?

I think the only time you'll have a problem is trying to access an online casino, or card room from your phone. As far as sports betting you should be good.

matchbook does not work with the safari browser that comes with the phone, you have to use opera mini browser app to get it to work. it does work but is very slow to load. i've had good luck using the apps from bookmaker, 5 dimes and bet jam works fine with the safari browser.

Thanks for the responses. I'll assume there should be no major issues on an Android phone either then? In fact, if i'm not mistaken, Android has flash so i'm guessing it might work even better on certain sites?

my I pod touch... works fine at the greek, 5dimes and heritage... I loaded the sites on it and works fine
