It's not all that surprising. The Twins are badly in need of another solid starter due to the struggles of Scott Baker and Nick Blackburn, and Oswalt would most definitely fit right in. But he does have a full no-trade clause and multiple reports have stated that the Houston right-hander is most interested in joining the Cardinals. The non-waiver trade deadline is July 31.
